If you contact us by email, WhatsApp, phone, or in person, we use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and (where relevant) to coordinate appointments and treatments. Clinical records are kept securely under Thai law and the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Where we use service providers (for example, a laboratory partner for diagnostics, or a compounding pharmacy for personalised supplements), we share only what is necessary to deliver the service you have requested.
Your rights
Under Thailand's PDPA you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email info@livemore.health.
