Live More is a preventative medical clinic in Cherngtalay, minutes from Bang Tao beach. We follow proactive, evidence-informed protocols drawn from lifestyle medicine and longevity research: find early risk markers so you and your doctor can act on them, and, where clinically appropriate, work under medical supervision on markers that are already established.

The week is unhurried and doctor-led. Your results are interpreted by our lifestyle medicine doctor, treatments are prescribed only where they make sense for you, and nothing is sold that your results do not support.

    Thirty minutes on video with our medical team, no obligation and nothing to pay. We talk through your goals and whether the week fits you. If it does not, we will say so.

  2. Book your escape

    Confirm your dates and pay the program fee. On the same call the doctor may suggest treatments worth discussing once your results are in. Guest pricing and extra inclusions apply to treatments booked during your stay, and every treatment is confirmed by the doctor only when your results support it.

  3. Arrive in Phuket

    We organise a fully managed itinerary, including transport between your hotel and the clinic. Stay at La Green Hotel on preferential partner rates, or anywhere you prefer.

  4. Your week

    Diagnostics early in the week, and your results explained mid-week. The rest of the week is for treatments, recovery, training and the beach, on your own schedule.

  5. Fly home with a plan

    You leave with your medical reports, interpretation summaries, a personalised diet and exercise plan, and ongoing support from Dr Deepali, your host, alongside the clinic’s medical team, through your first weeks back.

    Direct flights from Changi reach Phuket in about two hours. Your itinerary and clinic transfers are arranged before you land.

  2. Day 2 · Diagnostics morning

    A fasting blood draw and your Oligoscan in one clinic visit. Beach in the afternoon.

  3. Days 3 and 4 · Your time

    Tennis, the gym, the sauna and ice bath at KAHLI next door, or nothing at all. Optional IV therapies only on your doctor’s advice.

Do I have to stay at La Green Hotel?
No. La Green is our preferred hotel partner and program guests get preferential room rates there, but you are free to stay anywhere in Phuket. You can also stay longer or shorter than the 6 nights. We arrange your clinic transfers either way.
Can I skip the laboratory check-up?
Yes. The health screening is the core of the program, but if you have recent lab reports, bring them along and our doctor will build your program around your existing results. You only pay for the diagnostics you use, and you can add the full check-up later in your stay if you change your mind.
Is this for couples and families too?
Yes. The program is priced per guest, and many guests come as a couple or with family. Tell us who is coming on your free video consult and we will plan the week, and the pricing, around your group.
What happens on the free video consultation?
A relaxed 30-minute video call with our medical team, from wherever you are. We talk through your health goals, what a week here could look like, and whether the program fits you.
